"If you do not receive your booking confirmation email, please call us on 01869 277112, or email [email protected]. If you have booked with a Third Party Voucher such as Virgin Experience Days, please ensure you bring your physical, or E-Voucher along to the event and ensure, it is valid for the date of the experience. You can even photograph the voucher and bring this along with you. If you have booked an event date for AFTER the expiry of your voucher, you MUST email your voucher to [email protected] for us to claim this. It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct voucher details prior to your event. If your voucher has a HIGH SPEED PASSENGER RIDE or THRILL RIDE, please ensure you present this at the time of signing on at the event. We also offer a Damage Waiver for your event day (For Drivers Only). This is £34 and our Third Party Voucher Providers make you aware of this during the purchase of the voucher, and we mention this in our Terms and Conditions, as well as FAQs and on the main booking page. This protects you during the whole day that if anything was to happen, you pay £0 towards any repairs. You can happily opt-out of this waiver, but you will be liable for a minimum £5000 if any damages were occured during your experience time."
Your Event Day
Some of our venues require you to pay a parking charge of £2. This is due to areas of the venue being an extra charge for hire, and the upkeep from the venue of this area. Circuits such as Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park, Castle Combe and Mallory Park do not require the £2 parking charge. Upon parking, you will head towards either the Sign On Awning (Black Awning) or building which will be sign posted from the car park to the correct destination. Once signed in, you will be directed around the site, so for example if you have a Sighting Lap, then you will be directed to where these are located, as well as the main pit-lane area for the driving experience. Please remember, the time session you have selected is a time you will drive within and not the total driving time. A 3 mile driving experience is normally completed in a total of 10 minutes, and a 6 Mile driving experience completed in around 15 minutes, then a 9 mile driving experience in around 15-20 minutes. Some circuits are mixed with Junior Drivers and Adult Drivers. As this is a driving experience and not a track day, you are here to experience the vehicle you are driving. Some venues are FULL LICENCE ONLY, which means that only Adult Drivers with a Full Driving Licence are attending.
Our aim is to be the UK's best driving experience provider, and we can only do this with the support and understanding of our customers. You will be accompanied at all times by a Driver Coach, who is there not only to ensure you go in the correct direction, but to give you the most out of the experience, so please listen to what they have to tell you. Our Pit-Lane can have in excess of 250 years combined experience of Driver Coaches.
