U Drive Cars Fees & Charges Information
When booking with U Drive Cars, whether this is directly with ourselves or through one of our third party experience day voucher suppliers such as Virgin Experience Days, we have different products available at the time of booking as well as on an event day to enhance your experience. Below is a list of all our Fees & Charges:-

* Many vouchers that are sold are heavily discounted and special offer products. These are advertised as being available between Monday and Friday. For an event date on a weekend, a supplement of £25 is required to upgrade the voucher for weekend use. When purchasing a voucher from a third party experience voucher supplier, please check in the terms of the voucher whether it is a weekday voucher, or a weekround/anytime voucher that includes Saturday's and Sundays.
** Premium Circuits are the pinnacle of a driving experience. Our Premium Circuits are:- Brands Hatch Racing Circuit, Blyton Park Racing Circuit (£10 Weekday Premium Fee, £25 Weekend Premium Fee), Castle Combe Racing Circuit, Donington Park Racing Circuit, Oulton Park Racing Circuit, Snetterton Racing Circuit, Sunderland Circuit (£25 Premium Fee), The Eboladrome Circuit.
Vehicle Upgrade Fees
With the UK's largest selection of vehicles available to drive, different vehicles are applicable with different vouchers. If you have purchased a vehicle specific voucher, alternatives are available if the specific vehicle is not available.
We have vouchers advertised nationally for up to a 100 vehicle driving experience, the largest voucher in the UK. However, when selecting vehicles, you may notice before the vehicle name, it will say for example, "UPGRADE TO MCLAREN 570S GT - ONLY AN ADDITIONAL £30". This means against the voucher you have purchased, an additional charge is required for that vehicle.

Event Day Fees & Charges
When you arrive at your event, some venues do charge a small car parking fee of £2.00. A car parking attendant will be present at the gate of the venue to take this payment via card or cash.
You can purchase the following products when signing into your event day:-

When you are driving your chosen experience vehicle, your instructor will make you aware that you can add extra laps whilst driving, for if you wish to drive even longer then the designated miles that you have booked in for:-

You will find that the more laps you add, the more of a deal you get. For example, at a Non Premium Venue in a standard car, you will be offered an additional 3 laps for just £25! The lowest price on the Driving Experience Market for additional extra laps.
Event Media Product Charges
After an exciting day of horsepower and having your dream become a reality, every venue has a media centre, where you get to check out your photos and videos of your driving experiences:-

Unfortunately, if an error occurs with the in car camera system, videos of your driving experience can suddenly become corrupted or deleted, we therefore do not guarantee our photo and video products will be available. Every morning of each event day, we test all of our in car camera equipment and photography equipment to ensure they are fully operational for the day. These are constantly monitored throughout the event day and replaced if required.
When signing in on the day of your event, the hospitality member of the team will inform you that the Lanyard and SD card must be returned to the media centre if you are not wishing to purchase any products. These are recycled and reused on other event days and therefore, if this is taken off site and not handed back, an £80 charge for the lanyard, identity card and SD card will be forwarded to the booking email address.
Editing Your Event Date Fees & Charges
It is always a sad thing to do after taking the time to confirm an event day with U Drive Cars and you have to cancel. However, not to worry, we make it as simple and easy as possible. See below any costs involved in things such as name changes, cancellations and others:-
