The Chevrolet Corvette, a true American icon. This is not a car. It’s a statement. And what it says is that you are a staunch conservative, from a family of decent God-fearing folk, who believes in short haircuts, US beer and the American way. Nobody has ever listened to a George Michael CD while driving a ’Vette.
Have you ever wondered why the Corvette has never been made with its steering wheel on the correct side of the car? Well, I’ll tell you. It’s because Chevrolet’s sports car division reckons that the world outside of America is full of cannibals and communists, neither of whom would appreciate their pushrod engines and leaf-spring suspension. Amen. Praise the Lord.
The C3 which was the third generation of 'Vette, is a diehard testament to the true American culture. A powerhouse and a true muscle car with its rip roaring V8 that show's a big fat 10 on any richter scale. I do have to say, as a fan, if I ever was to think of a Corvette Stingray, it would be a '68 C3, just for it's pure aggressive looks, it's wide body which gives it an awe-inspiring presence among any community of cars.
If muscle is your thing, then there is no better car to take for a spin of a life time.
