Description and Prices

All descriptions, illustrations and website images are used to represent the general idea of the Experience and shall not form part of the contract. All information, prices and claims are correct at the time of release. We reserve the right to amend the information or price relating to the product without notice. VAT is charged on all products.

Supply of the Event

We plan the arrangements for your Experience many months in advance. Very occasionally changes may be made and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the timing and or location of an Experience, possibly at short notice, owing to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems, weather or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in any of these circumstances. We will endeavour to provide suitable alternative arrangements wherever possible. In the unlikely event that a suitable alternative cannot be found, a refund will be available. Similarly, we reserve the right to withdraw supply of the Experience due to unavailability or discontinuance of a product line or unavailability of venue.

Experience Content

We reserve the right to make changes to the Experience content without notification. All details of our Experience are as accurate as possible, but we reserve the right to substitute equivalent alternatives in all cases without notice and without liability. Where a lesser alternative is offered or substituted, you are entitled to receive a maximum compensation equal to the net cost of the elements of the Experience missed. This sum is at our discretion. Session lengths are given as an indication only and normally you will be taking turns with other members of the general public. We are not responsible for any increase or decrease in session lengths and cannot be held liable for any costs in these circumstances. In the unlikely instance of any session not being completed, the maximum compensation available is limited to the net cost of the element not completed. This sum is at our discretion.


Full payment is required at the time of booking. We are unable to make provisional bookings unless credit terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to cancel any order where full payment has not been received within credit terms or where payment has defaulted. Any voucher issued in these circumstances becomes void without further notice and we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred or any personal inconvenience to yourself or others.

Health, Age, Physical and Size Restrictions

All experiences in our product range have certain age, legal, health, physical and size restrictions. Participants shorter than 5.0 foot and taller than 6 foot 6 inches and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty in being accommodated. Participants are required to have a full valid driving licence from their country of origin and must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. We are not responsible and the Experience is not refundable where these restrictions have been breached or misrepresented. We reserve the right to ask for you to produce your driving licence at any time. Despite you informing us that you are in apparent good physical and mental health, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny you the Experience if we think appropriate for whatever reason. Alcohol is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to prevent you participating in your Experience if we consider that you are unfit to drive for reasons of health, or under the influence of alcohol and/or intoxicating drugs.

Mechanical breakdown

If on the day of the Experience a car suffers from mechanical breakdown or is unable to be used for reasons outside our control, we will endeavour to provide a substitute. However, should your Experience be substantially reduced due to mechanical issues then we may offer a refund on a pro-rata basis, or an alternative date to complete any missing element of the Experience. This will not cover any travel and/or accommodation costs.

Availability and Booking a Date

Events run from March to December only. All Experiences are offered subject to availability and weather conditions on the day. You are advised not to make travel or hotel arrangements before your booking has been confirmed in writing. The issue of an Experience Voucher without a confirmed date or venue does not constitute the confirmation of a particular date.


We reserve the right to cancel an Experience due to adverse weather conditions that may affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance. In the event of snow, ice, fog, or heavy rain, the event may be cancelled or restricted. We will try to inform you, where possible but should you be affected we will re-book another day or part of the Experience not completed. Refunds will not be given. Information on extreme weather such as snow, ice & fog will be available on social media, online at udrivecars.com and on the office answerphone outside of office hours.


Track Driving Experiences involve some personal risk. We will require you to sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. On all Experiences our professional instructors assess a participant’s ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any sessions should we deem it necessary. Whilst we consider this very unlikely to be enforced, this rule is for safety purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our professional instructors’ decisions are final and in your best interests. In this circumstance, the maximum compensation available is limited to the net cost of the element not completed. This sum is at our discretion.

Insurance & Collision Damage Waiver

The Experience involves some personal risk. Some insurance policies specifically exclude certain events. Please ensure you are adequately covered. A £5000 insurance excess for damage applies to all our cars which you agree to pay by signing the indemnity. The Collision Damage Waiver can be purchased on the day for £25 for the first car and £5 for every other car thereafter. Taking the waiver means you will not be liable for the insurance excess. This waiver is only valid if in the event of an incident the instructor confirms you were listening to instruction and driving within the limits set by the instructor.


The easiest way to resolve complaints is to address them on the day with the Event Manager. Our staff will endeavour to put things right immediately. If your complaint cannot be resolved, please inform us of any issues you may have relating to any of the elements of your Experience by emailing The Managing Director at [email protected]


Open Vouchers are available for gift purposes. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers can be re-validated for a further three months for a fee of £30, plus any increase in price if applicable. Vouchers must be extended before the expiry date has passed.

Changes to confirmed bookings

Once an experience date has been confirmed you can change it up to 14 days before the event. An administration fee of £30 is payable. Flexible cancellation cover can be purchased at the time of booking for £10 and this will cover illness, breakdown, jury service and bereavement of an immediate family member up to and including the date of your experience and will enable you to rebook your experience within the voucher validity period. If a driver is unable to attend within the 14 day period, a replacement driver may be sent, please notify us of the name change. Once you have a confirmed date for your Experience, you are not entitled to a refund.

Refund Policy

A refund will only be made for Vouchers within 28 days of purchase. The cost of the Experience will be refunded, less £30 for administration charges. Refunds can only made to the purchaser of the Voucher.

Failure to attend

In the event that you fail to attend the event your entire Experience will be forfeited. We cannot be held responsible for travel delays. Details of local accommodation are listed on our website www.udrivecars.com, under Venue Information.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By making a booking for an Experience you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
