  • Office hours during December – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Last posting date for Christmas – 1st class, Thursday 20th December and special delivery, Friday 21st December.
  • Online & telephone orders will be processed by email before 12 noon on Monday, 24th December.
  • Office closed from 12 noon on Monday 24th December.
  • Office open for voucher redemptions & late online orders– 27th , 28th  & 31st December from 10am to 1pm.
