Q: Some companies offer more laps in their experiences?
A: We have a 1.2 ml track, each lap is nearly double the length of some other venues.
Q: How do I buy a voucher?
A: You can purchase all experiences through our fully secure website, alternatively call 01869 277113 or 01869 277112 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and one of our customer advisers will be happy to take your booking over the phone.
Q: How long will my voucher be valid for?
A: All vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Q: If I order a voucher when will I receive it?
A: Orders received before 2pm are typically sent first class on the same day, however please allow up to 3 working days for delivery
Q: What will I get in my voucher pack?
A: Your voucher pack will contain a gift letter explaining the experience to the lucky recipient and a voucher. There will also be a letter to the purchaser confirming the details of the experience. All of our envelopes are discreet and unmarked.
Q: Can I book a voucher for a specific date?
A: We operate on many Fridays and Saturdays between March and December. If you wish to book a voucher for a specific (fixed) date then please call 01869 277113 and we will be happy to help.
Q: Can I tailor the experience to suit my requirements?
A: As we are the supplier of the driving experiences, not an agency we can be very flexible in what we offer, however our range of experiences are put together by experienced professionals to meet all requirements.
Q: I have a voucher and want to book a date, how do I do that?
A: Take a look at our calendar to get an idea of the dates currently available for booking and then call 01869 277113 or 01869 277112 to redeem your voucher.
Q: Do I need a full driving licence?
A: Except for First Drives or Passenger Rides, a full manual driving licence is required, this does not need to of been held for a specific length of time. We do have a small selection of automatic cars available, please check at the time of booking if needed.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: In the highly unlikely event of a cancellation we will rebook you onto the next available date.
Q: Can friends and family attend?
A: Spectators are more than welcome, depending upon availability we also have pay on the day activities available.
Q: Do I drive on my own?
A: No, all of our cars have instructors in at all times. Safety is our top priority and dual brake pedals and kill switches are fitted to all cars for the instructors use.
Q: How do I know where to go?
A: Once a date is booked and confirmed we will send you confirmation of the booking which will give you full directions. The postcode of the venue is OX25 5HD.
Q: Will I enjoy myself?
A: We will do our best to ensure you do enjoy yourself, each of our experiences are designed to provide an event not to be forgotten, we use friendly instructors who's job it is to help you get the best out of your time in a car in a light hearted manner!
Q: Is U Drive Cars run by people who know what they are doing?
A: U Drive Cars Ltd is run the Davis family, all motorsport professionals with a combined 50 year experience, the company has been operating since 2001.
